We’re looking for an experienced Executive PA & Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This is a central role supporting a board of directors, offering a rare opportunity to make a real impact across the business. You’ll be a key player in ensuring operations run smoothly, documentation is spot-on, and the leadership team are free to focus on strategic growth.
If you enjoy taking ownership, love structure, and have a natural curiosity for how things work (and how they can work better), this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and support system to the senior leadership team
* Owning all things admin: diary management, travel, meeting prep, presentations, and follow-ups
* Supporting business growth by coordinating tenders and supplier onboarding (PQQs)
* Ensuring business certifications and compliance materials are up to date on relevant portals
* Coordinating insurances, renewals, and claims with minimal fuss
* Managing internal systems and communication tools, ensuring staff and stakeholders always have access to the right information
* Looking after company benefits, pension updates, and payroll administration (small scale)
* Helping drive marketing output with polished support materials and event planning
* Bringing clarity and structure to meetings through agenda creation, note-taking, and action tracking
* Jumping in where needed across operations to keep the business moving
What You Bring
* Professional presence with strong personal impact
* Excellent written and verbal communication with a natural, people-first approach
* Proven track record in a PA, EA, or office management role, ideally working with senior leaders
* A proactive attitude to improving systems, solving problems, and staying one step ahead
* Comfortable navigating documents for tenders, compliance, and governance
* Background in fast-paced sectors like construction, engineering, or commercial services preferred
