Job Title: Service Operations Manager
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1-2 days per week on-site depending on business requirements.
Security Clearance: British Citizen
This role requires DV Clearance. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team, after the offer stage.

We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Service Operations Manager with a strong background in workplace and infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities include leading the delivery of workplace and infrastructure services, ensuring efficient, reliable operations, and managing vulnerability mitigation to safeguard MBDA operations.

What we're looking for from you:
* Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing IT teams
* Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve issues quickly
* Extensive experience with workplace & infrastructure technology, including compliance and innovation
* Leadership skills across diverse disciplines and international teams
* Knowledge of data centre management, capacity, incident, and asset management
* Proven experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy
* Broad understanding of servers, storage, and infrastructure applications
* Understanding of cybersecurity threats and response strategies
* Experience with software contracts like Microsoft Enterprise and Oracle agreements
* Experience working in multicultural environments, harmonization, and standard setting
