The Role You will manage your own caseload covering a broad spectrum of private family law matters, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy and settlements Private children matters Advocacy at hearings You will have the autonomy to run your cases with confidence, backed by a strong and experienced team of lawyers and legal assistants who provide genuine support and collaboration. What We're Looking For Family Solicitor, ideally 1-year PQE Solid experience handling a full range of family matters Strong advocacy skills (essential) Excellent client care and communication skills Confidence managing your own caseload Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial targets A proactive approach to business development Experience in Legal Aid work is welcome but not essential.
