Job Title: Night Home Care Assistant
Salary:£11,728 - £11,912 per annum (for 17.5hrs)

The Role:
Worcestershire County Council is committed to supporting its residents to live healthy and independent lives in their community.
Our approach is to offer short-term intensive supportto enable individuals to learn how to live their lives as independently as they can and support them to regain independence during the period of support. We focus on what people can do and build on these skills.We will make sure people receive the right support at the right time to help them live independently at home for as long as possible. This role will involve supporting people with personal care activities so all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be supplied along with weekly covid testing.
This is part of a broader approach to ensure Worcestershire residents are healthier, live longer, have better quality of life and remain independent for as long as possible
We are looking to recruit to our night service who provide the service during the hours of 9pm – 7am, 7 days a week. You will:
* Respond to service requests supporting people throughout the night
* Provide person centred care and support that enables individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes;
* Motivate individuals to carry out day to day activities as independently as possible;
* Travel throughout the County of Worcestershire.
