Job Description Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date and organised records of all sales transactions. Work closely with the logistics team to schedule and coordinate the shipment of products. Coordinate the dispatch of products in accordance with customer requirements and delivery schedules. Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation. Ensure accuracy in product quantities and quality before dispatch. Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and address them promptly. Generate regular reports on sales, order fulfilment, and dispatch performance. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales and logistics processes.
