Your Role and Responsibilities
* Providing top-quality clinical care to residents
* Administering medication and managing care plans
* Monitoring health conditions and responding effectively to changes
* Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
* Supporting and guiding care staff within the home
What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* Previous experience in a nursing home is preferred but not essential
* A kind, patient-focused approach to care
* Strong communication and leadership skills
