Who will I be supporting?
This role will be supporting a gentleman in his 40’s who is blind and autistic to have as much independence and control in his life, encouragement with activities he chooses and working closely with his family.
A friendly, hardworking support worker with a positive attitude would be a great match.
What will I be doing?
You will be supporting people to live their life how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
You will also be supporting people with their personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
The people we support have funded Motability car to further support their independence, so it’s essential that you have a full UK driving licence and are comfortable driving other people’s cars.
Shift Patterns:
Long Day Shifts: 8:30am-10pm
Day Shifts: 08:30-3pm
Evening Shifts: 3pm – 10pm
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance.
