An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the EW sales team. The role of a Sales Operations Facilitator is to provide sales support to help the Campaign Team identify and win new business. You will be responsible for supporting the EW Campaign team, sales management, and the wider organization.
A good communicator with the ability to undertake various tasks using existing Leonardo tools and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description
The role involves managing the sales forecast for the EW product and service portfolio, requiring engagement with the campaign team and the wider organization. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of working to deadlines.
This role requires indirect leadership skills when dealing with internal stakeholders and supporting Integrated Campaign Teams (ICT).
The successful candidate will facilitate Business Winning Reviews to secure pursuit, bid, and resourcing approvals. They will monitor the Proposals budget and provide analysis for the Campaign and Capture Teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales support, be well-organized, and experienced in managing and improving processes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Facilitate and govern the Business Winning process to help secure order intake targets. Identify, create, and validate opportunities for future sales and growth.
* Work closely with the Integrated Campaign team, using indirect management skills to assist bid activities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing analysis that can be utilized across the business.
* Facilitate Business Winning Reviews and ensure governance for making informed business decisions.
* Use internal procedures to track opportunities and report accurately to senior management through the Capture Plan systems.
* Provide accurate management reports to analyze the progress of the Sales Forecast.
* Support marketing and communications (MARCOM) events such as shows, exhibitions, demonstrations, and conferences.
