Job Description
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the end to end payroll process
* Making necessary adjustments e.g. promotions
* New starters/leavers
* Manual calculations - holiday/sick/maternity/paternity etc
* Dealing with queries
* P45s, P60s, P11Ds (where appropriate)
* Continuous system and process improvement
* Other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Payroll Specialist role, you must:
* Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
* Be immediately available or on short notice
* Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be able to multi task
* Be able to communicate effectively
