Great Torrington School is looking to appoint a Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible.
The ability to communicate clearly, adaptability to meet a wide variety of situations, a sense of humour and a genuine desire to support and motivate young people in their learning, and an interest in supporting the social, emotional, and mental health needs of young people, are all essential for this post. A good all-round education and proficiency in literacy, numeracy and ICT are desirable.
