The Role
As the Associate Agent, you'll be responsible for reviewing identity documentation and customer images, verifying accuracy, and entering data into internal systems. You'll work to service level targets, ensuring information is processed correctly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
What's required of the Associate Agent?
Experience in administration, data entry, or office-based roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets
Good IT skills and accurate typing ability
Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing procedures
Eligible to work in the UK, with a clean DBS and credit history
