Based in Newton Abbott, Devon £26,500 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience We are searching for a Regional Coordinator in our Environmental division. You will be taking the lead in the management and organisation of all contractual work within your allocated jurisdiction, to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities. This is a versatile role supporting on a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast paced organisation. As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll be: * Assisting in the planning, scheduling and administration of water & air hygiene works. * Ensuring all arrangements for scheduled site visits with clients are made in a timely and professional manner. * Producing regular reports for the clients and Service delivery Manager on the regional and team performance levels. * Carrying out the data entry and set up of new contracts. * Ensure all contract work records are complete and accurate. * Provide financial reporting and tracking of the P&L * Tracking monthly KPI’s. * General administration duties involved in the day to day running of the office. As a Regional Coordinator, you’ll have: * Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. * Experience in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. * Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure. * Flexible, punctual, and able to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis. * Excellent presentation skills for all correspondents, documents, presentations, and data. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and able to use CRM systems.
