The Role:
As Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, customers are looked after, and teams stay connected.
Day to day, you’ll:

Deliver excellent service to customers and colleagues

Prepare and manage accurate quotations
*
Handle queries and solve problems quickly
*
Keep systems accurate and up to date
*
Work closely with internal teams to keep things moving
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service, coordination, or a support role

Confident communicator and strong team player

Detail-focused with good IT skills (Excel in particular)
