Service Coordinator, Portadown, £28-30k We are working with a leading supplier into the packaging, processing sectors to recruit for their new Service Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. An interesting and varied role within one of Irelands leading importers and distributors of packaging machinery and packaging materials and to play an important role in coordinating and supporting a team of service engineers, scheduling visits, managing customer expectations and maintaining accurate records. Reporting into management you will Allocate field service engineers to customer sites based on priority and location, optimising service routes to reduce travel time Act as a point of contact for service requests, providing updates to customers Create, assign and track service tickets, ensure accurate documentation of service work, ensuring all invoicing is done in a timely manner Liaise with engineers to understand job requirements and assist with troubleshooting Track availability of spare parts, monitor stock records Communicate with the service department and field engineers, hold daily or weekly briefings, providing feedback, and liaising with warehouse on delivery days What we are looking for Experience in a similar role Communication skills IT skills Sage experience preferable Skills: communication IT administration customer service
