Responsibilities
for this role:
1. To provide an excellent customer and adviser experience, supporting customers and advisers through new business and servicing journeys across a range of products
2. Accurately and efficiently process all transactions and enquiries, verifying all necessary documentation and requirements
3. Collaborate across teams, contributing to a seamless customer experience
4. Risk Management - against M&G standards and highlighting or escalating risk and discrepancies
5. Knowledge Management - keeping up to date with processes, policies and products
6. Learning and Development - actively participate in learning and development opportunities to maintain and update job knowledge and achieve personal and team objectives
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
7. Experience of working in a customer service environment, preferably within life and pensions financial services
8. Understanding of pension, annuity or investment products is desirable
9. Strong organisational skills and a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in record-keeping, documentation, and processing
