Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Congleton office. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support the conveyancing team by managing administrative tasks related to property transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with drafting correspondence, liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties, ensuring all files are maintained accurately, and supporting the preparation of legal documents. You will help ensure smooth and efficient handling of residential property matters while maintaining excellent client service standards.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients, solicitors, and colleagues professionally.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing processes is an advantage, although training can be provided.
* The ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal administrative role is beneficial but not required.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
