As a trainee PWP you will learn skills in CBT to support people with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. You will work in our clinical service while undertaking a taught Certificate in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LI‑CBT) at the University of Exeter, with part remote and part in‑person attendance in Bristol (to be confirmed).

Your Main Responsibilities
* Learn the theoretical knowledge of CBT and apply it in clinical practice
* Provide treatment to support people with their mental health
* Facilitate psychoeducational courses
* Undertake initial assessments
* Provide one‑to‑one treatment
* Receive caseload and clinical skills supervision
You will predominantly deliver treatment over the telephone and online, with some psychoeducational courses and appointments offered in person. You will also work closely with GPs and primary care professionals to improve access and develop resources promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.
