Contracts Manager – Construction / Fit-Out Location: Offices in Aberdare Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) Full-time | Permanent About Us: We are a forward-thinking construction and fit-out company specialising in delivering commercial interiors, refurbishment projects, and high-spec office environments across South Wales and the South West. We pride ourselves on quality, client relationships, and delivering on time and on budget. The Role: As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll ensure all works meet health & safety standards, financial targets, and client expectations. Key responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and fit-out contracts * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors * Coordinate internal teams and site managers * Monitor site progress, costs, quality, and health & safety * Report on programme performance and mitigate risks * Oversee procurement and ensure efficient resource allocation What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction or fit-out * Strong commercial and project management skills * Knowledge of building regulations, H&S, CDM, and JCT and NEC contracts. * Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and leadership skills * SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid (desirable) The Package * Competitive salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) * Company vehicle or car allowance * Pension scheme * Supportive, collaborative team environment * Opportunities for progression in a growing company If you are interested and want further details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
