About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior Account Manager to join our Commercial team, supporting the Ocado account within our UK Poultry division.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to begin or develop a career in account management within FMCG.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the account, including managing data, producing reports, supporting promotional activity, and ensuring smooth communication between our teams and the customer. You'll also gain exposure to other major customer accounts, offering great breadth of experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
With full mentoring and training, this role provides a clear path to progress to Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of the Ocado account, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
* Produce and interpret daily and weekly service reports using Excel
* Support promotional planning and media campaign execution in line with Ocado's commercial plans.
* Manage product listings and updates, ensuring accuracy across internal systems and the Ocado platform.
* Build strong relationships across multiple production sites and customer stakeholders.
* Support seasonal category projects (e.g. BBQ, Christmas, Easter) as development opportunities.
* Travel to customer and site meetings as required.
About You
You'll be a proactive and organised communicator who enjoys working with data and solving problems in a fast-paced commercial setting. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (Business, Marketing, History, or similar) or someone with some work experience looking to build a long-term career in account management.
