Experienced Motorcycle Sales Executive required for our client’s Motorbike Dealership in Dorset!
Our client, a multi-site Motorcycle Dealer Group with over 70 years of trading experience, is known as the go-to group for Motorcycles, Parts, Clothing accessories, and service support. From scooters to championship-winning superbikes & race replicas, our client provides it all!
This role requires a love for Motorcycles, offering the chance to meet some of the biggest names in MotoGP, Tourist Trophy, and Racing Teams regularly.
With an average service length of 16+ years and numerous in-house progression examples, this role is not to be missed!

Duties of a Motorcycle Sales Executive with our Client
* Greet every customer visiting or telephoning the showroom in a punctual, efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
* Ensure accurate details are captured for follow-up as part of customer prospecting and relationship management.
* Build and maintain 100% customer satisfaction levels with high service standards.
* Assist customers in purchasing new and used motorcycles and support quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Maximise total customer sales value with clothing, helmets, accessories, finance, and insurance sales.
* Complete all finance and insurance documentation adhering to legal requirements and maintain details on the Dealer Management System (DMS).
* Manage customer contact details via the online diary system for follow-up to maximise conversion and retention.
* Maintain a professional showroom environment with effective displays and merchandising.
* Contribute to advertising and marketing efforts, including off-site events.
* Complete sales administrative tasks, including warranty registration and documentation.
* Record all new and second-hand machine information accurately for DMS stock.
* Appraise used part exchange machines, ensuring protection from defaults, finance issues, or damage.
* Arrange professional handovers with comprehensive delivery packs and introductions.
* Prepare and complete all documentation and reports accurately and on time.
* Develop product and sales knowledge through ongoing training.
* Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and reporting standards.
* Ensure professional attendance, punctuality, appearance, and health and safety adherence.
