We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. Springhead Health is a large GMS practice, serving 22,000 patients.
This role is for 28.5 hours, worked over 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality patient care, including chronic disease management, vaccinations, and health checks.
* Supporting patient education and promoting wellness.
* Assisting with clinical procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration.
* Experience in primary care.
* Experience in QOF.
* Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
