Main responsibilities:
5. Understand audit assignment budgets and objectives to assist with planning and pre-assignment discussions
6. Take active involvement with delegation of work, training juniors, and reviewing work
7. Execute audit engagements to the high quality standard set across the firm, being adaptable and solution oriented as needed
8. Enhance your client-facing responsibilities in advising, responding to queries and liaising with senior management
9. Reporting and following up at the tail end of the Audit process
Requirements:
10. ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
11. Expertise with FRS & FRS, UK GAAP principles generally, IFRS is helpful
12. Experience in a regional Practice servicing predominantly SME clients
13. Resides in or commutable to Southampton
14. Strong self-starter who values personal development
