The Role: As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll support the safe and efficient production of high‑quality products. Typical responsibilities include: Working closely with your team and supporting different production activities Following health & safety guidelines and wearing the correct PPE Learning how to work in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment Following set procedures (SOPs and work instructions) Reporting issues or potential hazards using our internal systems Completing required training and building new skills through cross-training Taking part in continuous improvement activities Operating equipment safely and supporting troubleshooting with guidance This role is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and wants to learn in a structured, supportive environment. The Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn.
