Job Opportunity: OEM Sales Engineer at Oxford Instruments Andor

We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer to meet and surpass sales targets in the EMEA region, aligning with company-wide strategic goals. This role involves managing all OEM sales activities within the territory, serving as the primary contact for key accounts and prospective OEM clients throughout the sales process.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to develop strategic territory plans and work with various teams such as Service, Marketing, and Applications to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage OEM sales activities within the assigned territory for the OI Andor portfolio.
* Build and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
* Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential OEM customers.
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales targets and strategic goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
* At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy.
* Minimum of 2 years managing OEM customer relationships.
* Experience developing sales strategies tailored to specific territories.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office applications.
Additional Details
This is a permanent, home-based position ideally located in Germany, with consideration given to applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
