About Your Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Multi‑Site Business Manager is the life and soul of the counters, bringing commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership to create a magical customer experience. They build genuine emotional connections with customers and colleagues, nurture a passion for exceptional products, and act as the ultimate role‑model for the team.
Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager and drive an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, exceeding KPIs and inspiring the team to deliver their best.
* Serve as a customer experience pioneer, turning customers into ambassadors by selling spellbinding products and leading by example.
* Coach and mentor the team, supporting development through on‑the‑job training, coaching, and ongoing support.
* Collaborate and innovate across retail and head office, influencing and building lasting cross‑functional relationships.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results from KPIs to people performance, ideally in fast‑paced environments such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
* A true leader who believes that their strength is amplified by the team, inspiring the team to become the best versions of themselves and empowering them to think without limits.
* Highly organised, a problem‑solver who can think on their feet with an innovative spirit, adapting style, implementing processes, and building routines.
