A great part-time, hybrid opportunity to join a respected international charity working across the UK and Africa to restore forests, conserve biodiversity, and support communities. They are looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to join their small, mission-driven team. This is a varied and rewarding role with a strong focus on financial processing and support, alongside admin, HR, and executive assistance.
Duties include processing income and expenditure (QuickBooks), supporting payroll and audit prep, assisting with partner payments, office and HR admin, and providing occasional executive support to the CEO.
• 28 hours/week (potential for 21 hours/week)
• Hybrid working (typically 1 day/week in Oxford office)
• Salary: £27,711 - £35,063 FTE (Band D1), depending on experience
• Permanent contract, 3-month probation
