We provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs. We cover the full development lifecycle from design and planning through to development, testing and delivery. We maintain and update current applications while following change and release processes. We work with BAs to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and deliver expected benefits. We ensure code is well documented and knowledge is shared wherever possible. We provide ongoing support for all code written and all related applications. We create and maintain application documentation. We create, maintain and coordinate backup mechanisms to support business continuity and high data availability. We help maintain the e.surv data warehouse, databases and associated technology, ensuring maximum performance. We adhere to Quality Management guidelines in line with ISO 9001. We ensure our own health and safety and that of our colleagues by complying with legal and policy requirements. We use agile delivery practices and may work with Scrum or Kanban where applicable.
