Role Objective
To be the first point of contact for all questions and queries related to guest stays, spa days, club memberships, or any other general inquiries. Demonstrating a proactive attitude, you will serve as a source of information for guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of daily activities, guest numbers, and availability will support the wider teams in maximizing utilization.
This role supports functions such as Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness, Main Reception, and management, providing guest data and information.

Some Responsibilities include
* Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a courteous and efficient check-in process, including offering tours and explaining the welcome pack.
* Handling financial transactions correctly and in line with GDPR, providing receipts, and storing merchant copies securely.
* Settling guest accounts upon check-out, maintaining robe controls, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Addressing any feedback and making corrective actions as needed.
* Monitoring CCTV to ensure the safety of bathers in pools and other areas.
* Monitoring headcounts hourly to prevent exceeding maximum bather loads.
* Assisting with pool tests when necessary, after proper training.
* Supporting or leading guest walks as required.
* Closing open folios and settling classes on the system.
* Upselling additional services and managing yield through column management.
* Assisting in scheduling spa staff and services.
* Managing pre-bookings and bookings for all spa services, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
* Maintaining knowledge of all packages and services offered.
* Staying updated on promotional offers and selling services to meet sales targets.
