About the Role As an LSA at Coleg Cambria, you will: Provide in-class support to students with a range of additional learning needs (SEND, SEMH, physical needs, cognitive learning needs, etc.) Help learners access the curriculum and develop independence. Support lecturers with adapting resources and managing classroom expectations. Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions where required. Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Record progress and contribute to learner support plans.
