A day in the life of a Kitchen Assistant
1. Support the chef to create healthy/balanced meals and snacks, and ensuring a good understanding of various dietary requirements and allergens
2. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen area, with good levels of hygiene particularly in line with COSHH regulations and health and safety protocols.
