Job Title: IT Engineering Manager
Job type: Full time / Permanent (5 days a week 9am to 5.30pm, Flexible hours between 8am - 6pm)

We seek an enthusiastic cloud-focused specialist with a passion for customer service and experience in the ICT sector, preferably in an IT Delivery or IT Manager role. You will lead a team of IT delivery engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative environment with high morale and culture.
* Develop and implement training programs for ongoing professional development.
* Champion a customer-centric service delivery approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic guidance and technology solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending service enhancements.
* Work with IT Project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
* Deliver IT projects alongside engineers, including email migrations, firewall installations, and threat protection.
* Create documentation and knowledge base articles for user support.
* Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
* Engage in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.
Job Experience Required:
* ICT background within an MSP with team leadership experience.
* Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication.
* Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, backup solutions, and firewalls.
* Team-oriented attitude.
* Comfortable using CRMs and documentation tools.
* Valid UK driving license.
