Interim Director of Quality – Further Education Location: Essex Contract: Interim / Fixed-term Duration: 5 January 2026 – End of February 2026 Pay: Competitive day rate (DOE) About the Role Local Education is supporting a Further Education provider in the recruitment of an Interim Director of Quality to cover a short-term leadership requirement from January to February 2026. This is a senior interim role focused on quality, teaching and learning, and would suit an experienced FE leader with a strong understanding of quality frameworks, inspection readiness and continuous improvement.
