Are you ready to take your manufacturing skills to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Machine Operatives to join their dynamic team in Evesham. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for precision and quality in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Running a machine while maintaining high quality and throughput.
* Checking work instructions to ensure all parameters are correct.
* Using work orders to confirm availability of materials and equipment.
* Completing QC sheets to record all relevant information.
* Sending samples of each master reel to the Lab for checks.
* Setting product on the machine according to detailed instructions.
* Seeking authorisation to run jobs once set up is complete.
* Operating the machine and producing products to required specifications.
* Retaining a set of impressions for each lane for future reference.
* Operating a pedestrian forklift truck (highly desirable).
* Flexibly running other machines as needed.
* Working 12-hour shifts on a Continental shift basis (2 days, 2 nights, 5 days off).
Who You Are / Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
* A pedestrian forklift driving licence (highly desirable).
* Strong communication skills.
* A team-oriented mindset with an effective collaborative approach.
* A flexible working attitude to adapt to various tasks and shifts.

Schedule
Full-time, permanent positions available. 12-hour shifts, with options for day, night, and weekend availability.
