Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bristol, Somerset
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k DOE including Training & Benefits
Our growing client is searching for a hard-working candidate with a 'can do' mentality based in the South West to cover client sites as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Candidates must hold all BOHS P402, P403 and P404 with varied asbestos skillset and experience to be able to do carry out surveys and air monitoring duties. Locations that will be considered are Bath, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Marlborough, Devizes, Warminster, Swindon, Shepton Mallet, Weston-super-Mare, Shaftesbury, Yeovil, Ilminster, Taunton, Minehead, Andover, Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Obtained all BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
- Professional manner when discussing with clients
- Comprehension of Health & Safety Regulations and compliance standards
- Fully Driving License
- Worked in an asbestos and UKAS accredited/licensed company
- Proficient literacy and IT skills when writing reports
- Exceed company targets, procedures and requirements
The Role:
- Flexible to travel to client sites
- Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
- Undertaking 4 stage clearances
- Gather samples and store correctly for analysis
- Experience doing management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Working across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites
- Write up thorough reports
