The Role
As a Snr Digital Marketing Executive, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening their digital presence and supporting their brand across social media, content, and events. You’ll be an all-rounder with a flair for design, content creation and performance tracking — someone who can balance creative storytelling with data-driven thinking. This role will also involve supporting the marketing and coverage of community events and property launches.
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is consistent, high quality, and on-brand
* Design engaging assets for social, web, and email using Canva or Adobe InDesign
* Create and manage content calendars aligned with broader marketing campaigns and community milestones
* Hands on support in the planning, promotion, and coverage of resident events, community initiatives, and property launches. It will require onsite attendance.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive digital strategy and campaign execution
* Stay up to date on trends in social media, property marketing, and the luxury lifestyle sector
* Maintain a strong understanding of the brand and tone of voice across all content
What they are looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within luxury, property, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
* Experience managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement
* Confident creating high-quality visuals using Canva and/or Adobe InDesign
* Creative and brand-aware with a strong eye for detail and design
* Comfortable reporting on performance and using data to optimise content (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, LinkedIn Insights)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience supporting marketing for events or property openings is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
