The Role
The firm seeks an Employment Senior Associate / Partner to join their reputable Manchester department. You will work alongside another partner, inheriting a caseload and driving team growth. The department primarily serves corporate clients across sectors like retail, leisure, industrial, and pharmaceuticals, handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters such as TUPE, tribunals, dismissals, employment contracts, and HR issues.
While there is no requirement to bring a following, a passion for proactive, entrepreneurial work and contributing to the department's growth is essential.
Requirements
* You must be an Employment Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
* You should be comfortable handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
* You should be eager to join an ambitious team with growth plans across the North West.
