The Role: As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained Pack and label finished products accurately Report any issues or faults to the team leader Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail ...
