Reed/ Lancashire teaching agency are seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant for a temporary position from September 2025 and is expected to last for an ongoing basis!The role is required for 2 days per week from 08:30 – 15:30.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons.
* Provide support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete their tasks.
* Work under the guidance of the class teacher to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Help manage classroom resources and setup for activities.
* Supervise students during non-classroom times including lunch and recess as needed.
* Contribute to the monitoring and recording of student progress.
