Behaviour Support Assistant – PRU Setting
Are you confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour? We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant for a pupil referral setting focused on positive behaviour change.
You will support pupils who need clear boundaries and consistent support.
Responsibilities:
• Support behaviour management in class.
• Assist with de-escalation and reflection.
• Reinforce routines and expectations.
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff.

• Resilient and proactive mindset.
• Experience with behaviour support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
