Account Manager: Tayto Group Ltd is one of Northern Ireland's leading crisps and snacks manufacturers: We currently have a vacancy for an Account Manager in Northern Ireland. Your main responsibilities would be: - Maintaining / Increasing sales & distribution of Tayto portfolio of Products - Manage a range of Head Office Accounts both in NI & ROI - Agreeing Promotional plans, JBPs & overall P&L by Account. - Budget setting, forecasting & Sales Admin by Account - Use 3rd party sales data to set distribution targets, sales trackers, planograms & core range - Business Development in the Convenience / Retail channel - Setting sales targets / KPIs annually. - Customer Contact and relationship building in major accounts - Execute promo activity,NPD,POS & planograms personally through wider sales team. - Set development plans to increase space, range & POS in Store - Communicate regularly & effectively with the team, holding regular team meetings - Report directly to the NI Sales Manager We require you to: Possess a current driving licence for the UK and Ireland Have at least 2 years experience in managing Head Office Accounts Have at least 3 years relevant sales experience gained within the FMCG market Be an excellent communicator and be able to work on your own initiative Self-motivated and good time management Able to work under pressure with strong communication / organisational skills Possess good numeracy skills and have strong commercial awareness Proficient in Microsoft Packages Excel, Powerpoint, Word Have the confidence and ability to perform presentations internally & externally
