Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be working within a busy American-style kitchen serving high volumes throughout the day.
8. Running your own section during service
9. Preparing and cooking burgers, fried chicken, BBQ dishes, tacos, and smoked items
10. Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
11. Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
12. Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
