You will be responsible for delivering and collecting palletised cargo across the Suffolk area using curtain-sided vehicles. Key responsibilities include: Carry out daily vehicle inspections, report any defects, and ensure the vehicle is operated safely and legally at all times. Plan and manage routes efficiently, report any major deviations, and oversee the safe loading and unloading of goods. Support efficient use of resources, including fuel and equipment. Act as a professional representative of the company in all dealings with clients, members of the public, and colleagues. Comply with all legal requirements and company policies, and provide accurate proof of delivery while promptly reporting any issues or incidents.
