Nightshift Project Worker – Inspire Bangor
Join a dedicated team providing safe, compassionate care for adults with complex mental health needs at House 10, Enterprise Court – House 10.
Role Overview
20 hours per week during night shifts. 24‑hour supported living for six residents. Salary: £13.47‑£14.61 per hour.
About the Service
House 10 offers a secure, psychologically safe environment. A multidisciplinary team, including an on‑site Occupational Therapist, delivers holistic support covering daily living, physical and emotional wellbeing, medication management, and social inclusion.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
* Administer and monitor medication.
* Accompany residents to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities.
* Help residents develop confidence and independence.
* Contribute to individual support and risk management plans.
* Collaborate with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Typical Day
Morning shift: assist with breakfast, support medication, attend appointments or community activities. Evening shift: prepare dinner, social time, and winding down. Night shift: ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Qualifications & What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication skills with a genuine interest in mental health recovery.

* Passion for psychologically informed care.
* Open to learning, reflection, and new ways of working.
Experience in mental health or supported housing is helpful but not essential; your attitude and willingness to make a difference matter most.
