What You’ll Need
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Experience leading a room and a team.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child-centred practice.
What You’ll Do
* Lead your room team to create a warm, nurturing environment
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support early learning and development.
* Support the smooth transition to extended opening hours and new routines.
* Build strong relationships with families, keeping communication open and positive.
* Ensure high-quality practice, safeguarding, and EYFS standards are maintained.
