What you’ll do
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants you will offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will get to learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle. With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team are on-hand to talk with customers every day and help them find products that make them feel good.
