SERVPRO of The East End and Hamptons is hiring a Production Crew Chief. The role offers competitive compensation, paid holidays, sick and personal days, and vacation.
Overview
As the front‑line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® customers and clients by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and create a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
* Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
* Communicate clearly to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
* Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
* Manage labor and equipment assigned to projects.
* Communicate with project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
Additional Responsibilities
* Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
* Coach and train restoration technicians.
Position Requirements
* Valid driver’s license.
* High school diploma or GED (preferred).
* Willing to work overtime.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
* Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
* Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.
* Ability to successfully complete tasks at hand.
Compensation
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
