We are now looking for a Graduate Software Developer to join our Digital Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and technically minded graduate to build their career in software development within a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design, development, and testing of new and existing software systems using C# and VB.
2. Support, maintain, and enhance self-developed applications, resolving issues and implementing improvements.
3. Contribute to process and standards reviews to ensure consistent software quality and best practice.
4. Apply object-oriented design principles and support the documentation of all development activity.
5. Use internal change control systems effectively and maintain accurate development records.
6. Work collaboratively with developers, testers, and business users to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Degree or HND in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
8. Experience or strong understanding of C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.
9. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and object-oriented methodologies.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing IT environment.
