The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent operational knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff to maintain optimal performance and morale Supervise food preparation and production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and place orders to support kitchen operations Work closely with the culinary team on menu planning and updates aligned with customer preferences and trends Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and operational excellence Control operational costs and support profitability through efficient resource management Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports team development and retention Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations Solid knowledge of UK food safety regulations and best practices Excellent leadership and people management skills Previous experience in serving or barista roles is an advantage Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written What We Offer Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum Full-time, stable employment Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to lead and shape a growing hospitality team
