Pastoral Coach (Term-Time Only) We are looking for a Pastoral Coach to join our Personal Development Team. This is a 35 hours per week, term-time only, permanent role offering a salary of £25,914 to £28,305 (actual) per annum. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one coaching for students, setting and reviewing targets to improve their performance, behaviours and welfare. Deliver Thrive Tutorial sessions to groups of students and facilitate discussion activities.
