Business Support is central to our organisation, providing EA support to our Executive Team and extending assistance across the entire organisation to ensure colleagues have the tools and resources needed to excel. We are growing our team and are now recruiting a Receptionist to support our busy team.
The Role: What You'll Be Doing
* Provide a first-class Reception service as the first point of contact for visitors.
* Manage correspondence and phone calls effectively.
* Oversee the meeting room suite to ensure smooth internal and external meetings, managing logistics and resources.
* Liaise with external suppliers for catering and other services as required.
* Administer postal and delivery services.
* Book travel, transport, accommodation, and manage expenses.
* Support booking external meeting rooms and liaise with facilities management.
* Assist with office management processes and maintain office systems, data, and filing.
* Liaise with Finance to raise purchase orders.
* Represent the organisation professionally at events and conferences.
* Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
* Contribute to fire warden duties, risk assessments, and act as a first aider.
* Identify and report risks within your area and across the business.

* Experience managing a busy reception environment.
* Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.
* Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in fast-paced support and administrative roles.
* Flexibility and positive attitude towards change.
* Strong planning, organisation, communication, and administrative skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated team player capable of managing a varied workload.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
